6 Days Tanzania Luxury Lodge safari tour to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater Overview

Day 1: Luxury lodge safari to Lake Manyara National Park

Pickup in Arusha, then transfer to the national park of Lake Manyara. We get to the hotel in time for lunch, and afterward, we embark on a leisurely day trip via the Lake Manyara National Park. This national park is regarded as having some of Tanzania's most strikingly situated flora and fauna regions, including a sizable but shallow soda lake that covers two-thirds of the park and is situated at the base of the western escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. The park's diverse habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including large flocks of flamingos, what is thought to be one of Africa's largest concentrations of elephants, Lake Manyara's unique tree-mountain climbing lions, and what is thought to be one of Africa's largest concentrations of elephants.

Day 2: Luxury lodge safari – Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will leave Mto Mbu and travel across the area of the crater rim into Serengeti Park. The world-famous Serengeti National Park is the breeding ground for several carnivorous predators and their food because to its diverse topography, which ranges from grass plains and dry savannah to swampy woods. Depending on the season, you may be able to see this magnificent event take place, which is home to the largest animal migration inside the world. The gnu and zebra herds travel over the brief months of November and December from the northern highlands to the southern plains before turning around and heading back toward the north at some point during the protracted wet season from April to June. Annual fall, but your guide can identify wherever the best vantage points for existing viewing area units are. At a location inside the precious Serengeti, the nights are spent.

Day 3: Luxury lodge safari to Serengeti National Park

The Serengeti National Park dedicates the entire day to wildlife watching. Where the migratory herds are located will determine which regions you visit. Predators typically trail the travelling animals closely. The herds migrate from the northern highlands to the southern lowlands during the brief wet season in November and December. They move back up north during the lengthier rainy season, which lasts from April to June. The position of the herds may change from year to year because the movement is dependent on the annual rainfall, but the guide will know where to find them.You will spend another night at the same lodge.

Day 4: Luxury lodge safari - Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you'll go on another game drive in the Serengeti National Park, where you may encounter creatures you haven't seen in the previous two days. The Serengeti is also home to the "Big Five" - lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard - and you might be able to see all of them today. After lunch at a picnic place, you will travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, and as soon as you reach the crater's edge, the caldera will open up before you. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to about 25,000 species and is around 20 kilometres wide. You will be driven to the lodge, from which you will be able to see the sun set over the crater.

Day 5: Luxury lodge safari - Ngorongoro Crater

Get up and shine! You drive down into the crater after breakfast at sunrise. Inside the world's largest caldera, you'll witness everything from black rhinos to Grant's and Thomson's gazelles, lions, and leopards, to elephants and mountain reedbucks in the woods on the slopes. You may also observe buffaloes, spotted hyenas, and some of the area's more than 500 bird species. Following an extended wildlife drive and a picnic lunch, you will depart the crater in the afternoon to go to the Karatu lodge.

Day 6: Luxury lodge safari to Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your accommodation in the morning to begin your safari to Tarangire National Park. The terrain of this nature reserve is made up of bush savannah, seasonal marshes, and gigantic baobab trees, and the park is undoubtedly one of the greatest spots in East Africa to watch elephants. They are not only seen in numbers, but they also appear to be more acclimated to automobiles, allowing you to get closer to these massive beasts. It is not just the elephants, but also a diverse range of other creatures such as Masai giraffes, numerous gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons, and over 500 different species of birds that make this a one-stop option for both bird and animal enthusiasts.
